Kate Rivet has been writing short stories for as long as she can remember, though she didn't write her first actual book until 2010. She has now written lots of full-sized books in addition to several novellas.

Born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Kate has visited five countries besides the US so far and would love to live in Europe one day. A pharmacy technician by day, she spends her evenings snuggled up with her Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and unwinding when she's not hunched over her keyboard, frantically working a writing project. Her current dream involves her living abroad in her favorite city, Barcelona, with a couple of cuddly cats keeping her feet warm while she works on her next book.
