Prior to 2014, my full-time job was as a chemical engineer with a large petroleum refining company. My writing on the job was technical reports, not terribly exciting but it di hone my grammatic skills. At that time, writing faith-based suspense stories with a high-tech bent was my hobby. But now that I am retired from my engineering job, I have taken up writing full time, a second career much more to my liking. To date, I've self-published two novelettes and four novels, with two more novels in progress.
