F.M. Cipriano

F. M. Cipriano was born in Melbourne, Australia. He has a Bachelor of Business, a Graduate Diploma in Accounting and a Master of Taxation. He was a career public servant with the Australian Taxation Office until August 2014 from which time he has pursued his passion for creative writing.

In September 2014, Frank founded FMC Press, a book publishing business specialising in the publication of fact-based fiction books. The books are based on real life experiences, although they have been fictionalised in order to protect confidentiality, secrecy, privacy and people’s identities. In this way, information considered to be valuable or important is imparted where otherwise the stories would never have been told.
