British politician. Griffin is an Britis MP for the European parlement and current chairman of the British National Party.

At the age of 15 Nick Griffin joined the National Front, after his graduation at Cambridge he became a political worker for the National Front. Griffin left the NF in 1989 and joined the BNP in 1995.

Griffin has been sued multipe times for distributing material that was likely to incite hatred. The last time was in 2005, when he was declared not guilty.
