Lori is a children’s book author whose book, 'Hillary's Big Business Adventure' has appeared on CBS, WB, NBC, CBN, FOX, ABC, and various radio shows. Through her children's books, Lori enjoys educating kids using colorful stories and animated characters.

In addition, Lori was a finalist in the 2008 Nickelodeon Writing Fellowship Lab Competition, which sparked her interest in screenwriting and filmmaking. Lori's short films 'Two Weeks', 'When Life Gives You Shoestrings', and 'Unraveled' have been winners and finalists in several film competitions, nationally. She was also the director of several music videos for business partner and husband, Tracey Lee.

Her recent production projects have given her the opportunity to work with such legends as hip-hop artist, Chubb Rock; Grammy nominated artists and producers, Eric Roberson, 9th Wonder, and DJ Young Guru; and actors Omari Hardwick, Dorian Missick, and Cory Hardrict. She is a member of the Society of Children's Book Writers & Illustrators and the Organization of Black Screenwriters .
