William Coutts Keppel, 7th Earl of Albemarle KCMG PC
styled Viscount Bury between 1851 and 1891, was a British military and politician, the son of General George Thomas Keppel, 6th Earl of Albemarle and Susan Coutts Trotter.

In 1843, he became an ensign and lieutenant and from 1848 to 1853, he was a lieutenant in the Scots Guards, becoming a deputy to Lord Frederick FitzClarence. In 1891, he succeeded his father and became the 7th Earl of Albemarle.

From 1854 to 1856, Keppel was Superintendent of Indian Affairs in Canada. On November 15, 1855, he married Sophia Mary Macnab at Dundurn Castle in Ontario, Canada, and they became the parents of ten children.
