Mack has brought his expertise as a clinical psychologist to two previous novels and two non-fiction works, as well as articles in the popular press and a weekly radio program covering Florida’s west coast .

He has appeared frequently on TV, especially in the area of school reform. He opened the first school for dyslexics in the United Kingdom and is a Fellow of the Royal Society for Arts and Commerce .

His first novel, Martyrs’ Tomb, was a finalist for Foreword Magazine’s Book of the Year Award and received positive reviews from the Midwest Book Review and Fearless Reviews. Mack’s second novel, Unfit for Murder is the sequel to Martyrs’ Tomb.

Non-fiction works include Parent, Child, and Community , and The Digital Pandemic . He writes monthly articles for the Psychology Today Magazine website. Mack and Susan Hicks live in Florida and have three children.
