Laura Norman is America’s most celebrated practitioner of Reflexology, and a leading authority on Reflexology, Inspired Life Coaching, holistic healing, and wellness.

She is a Nationally Board Certified Reflexologist, Nationally Board Certified Massage Therapist, Certified Life Coach, and Licensed Esthetician/Skin Care Specialist. Laura is also a past member of the Board of Directors of the Reflexology Association of America and a founding member of the American Reflexology Certification Board. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Boston University and three master’s degrees in education from Adelphi University.

Laura’s Holistic Reflexology Method is taught throughout the world. Laura and her instructors have trained and certified thousands of graduates. The International Council of Reflexologists granted her their award for outstanding long-term contributions to the field of Reflexology.

For over 40 years Laura has pursued her mission and passion for making the science of Reflexology understood, appreciated, and available around the world. Laura developed the most comprehensive Reflexology training programs available. She offers her programs at spas, salons, wellness centers, universities, hospitals, massage schools, through home study and Zoom classes, as well as at her own Reflexology Training Centers in New York City, South Florida and New England.
