Andrew Sanger is a travel writer and novelist who has lived and worked in several countries, including Greece, India, the USA and the Languedoc region of southern France. Andrew now lives in the New Forest, on England's south coast.

His four novels in print are The J-Word , The Slave and Love , and The Unknown Mrs Rosen .

Andrew is also the author of about forty travel guides, and co-author of many more, mainly on France and French regions, Ireland, the Canary Islands and Israel. His most recent travel books are pocket guides to Normandy , and a new edition of Top Ten Dublin .

As a journalist, Andrew has contributed to a wide spectrum of print and online publications, including most UK national newspapers, and for ten years edited a travel magazine for French Railways.
