Book Three in the "River Rising" Trilogy -- chronicles the adventures the fictitious Drummond family, along with their friends and loved ones, through the final part of the larger "River Rising" story. Tribal blood law requires the assassination of those responsible for giving away the Cherokee homeland without approval of the National Council. Murder and mayhem wreak havoc on the lives of our characters who battle false accusations and further tragedy in their lives. So relentless is the onslaught of bitter revenge that it becomes necessary for some of our characters to seek refuge in a new way.
