Colonel Anel Lingus had a dream: coming home to a perfect, lovely wife who would greet him at the door with a smile, drink in hand and dinner on the table. He had long ago decided that the woman he gave himself to completely would be the one he intended to marry and he would only marry a woman who fit all his criteria. Problem was, none of the women Anel had met in the last 22 Earth Standard years lived up to his high exacting standards. The poor deluded man was saving himself for a nonexistent ideal; he was doomed to die a virgin.

Several Earth Standard weeks ago Colonel Lingus had been ordered to the Orgazman system to see if he could sort out a diplomatic disaster brewing. The planet of Orgazma and three planets in the neighboring system were locked in a stalemate, a valuable trade agreement unsigned and threats of intergalactic war brewing. There had been an Earth mediator sent to discuss terms and write up an agreement but the Most High Empress of Orgazma had taken an immediate dislike to the man and had even threatened to eat him after she blasted the Clkrgk'h'hg system to atoms, and so the talks had ended.

Colonel Lingus was the best choice to end the stalemate but could he do it and still save himself for his ideal woman?
The Empress of Orgazma is the third installment in the Spicy Science Stories series and has a vaguely steamy scene with conjoined twins, a huge steaming steamy scene filled with tentacles, and salacious talk of solo steaminess. Prudence LaRue understands if you like that sort of thing and is plenty happy to write it.
