Tajja is a West African princess who is experiencing growing pains as she learns what it truly means to be royal. Her loving father, King Ibulan, her younger brothers, Adebiyi and Adedayo, and her pet panther and best friend, Uzuri, encourage her as she journeys to find out just what it means to be an African princess. Along the way, Tajja overcomes obstacles helped by the guidance of her ankhcestors, legendary queens of black history.
