The story kept me absorbed and guessing, and it’s a nice mix of action/thrilling, and life sequences with character moments.

I've been eager to revisit our heroes! The wait was well worth it, as Dissociate picks right back up where its predecessor stopped, greeting us with action from the first page!

Who writes like this? I mean seriously, so CAPTIVATING!! And amazing adventure!

Tears were pouring down my face.... a lot and I found my cheeks hurt from smiling to long. It was incredible! I was laughing at the end and couldn't help but cry a little. So beautiful.

*Gasp!* Wow, that was a wild ride. My emotions were definitely going off the chart. One of my favorite characters almost died, then I feared for another. Plus two had mental breakdowns.

I really love Sarah Addison Fox's writing style. She constructs a fast paced plot, awesome characters, and plenty of tension.

I have been privileged to read all three of the previous books in the Allegiance series, and I have to say—they’ve never disappointed. Discerned was a wonderful way to cap off the end of the series, and it really brought things full circle.

I love this author's way of expressing her characters, it's unique and real. It makes me want to become one of the border patrol. The description of their skirmishes is awesome and inspiring for me. Plus all the happy moments and memories they make. This series is definitely cherishable.
