This was a light and enjoyable read. I'll start off by saying that this book is not for everyone. It's probably best suited for someone who's already familiar with real estate terms, has done a good amount of reading on the subject and maybe even owns a house or two. The strongest points of the book are its ability to motivate you into action and it's brief introduction to a few investment methods and options available. An amazing quest, Buying 52 homes in 52 weeks may look impossible to achieve for average people, but they reached their goal in 9.5 months.
Good definitely motivating shows it can be done even though it was done pre 2008
An easy read. Makes you feel like you can buy houses with ease and a couple of bucks. We all know this is lie....but it was motivating to me nonetheless.
