An Easy Cooking Lesson For You

An Easy Cooking Lesson For You

People who look for cook books are looking for recipes. I
choose to do a better job by teaching them how to cook.
My passion for cooking instructs me to show people how to
make a great home cooked meal. That involves the best
cooking tools, ingredients, and secrets. I love to show
how to apply the easy secrets using common ingredients
with the best cooking tools.

Why look for a cook book on seafood, or Italian pasta dishes,
or salads? Right here, you’ll get the tips, tricks, and
techniques to cook great dishes of any type. You’ll be
able to dance around the kitchen and have fun as I do.

This book is not a complete cooking lesson for the entire
world of cooking. It however, gives a good introductory
base that allows you to grow and do more. Even experts
may find some great tips, tricks, and techniques to add to
their skill set in the kitchen.

This book is intended to show variety in cooking with easy
effort. Today we live in a fast busy world and cooking
time is short. However, I’ve always said that there’s
nothing that beats a home cooked meal, so let’s not avoid it.

The fear of health concerns make an attempt to dictate how
we cook. It’s so complicated. There’s good cholesterol
and bad cholesterol. What are you talking about? Is it
good or bad. Triglycerides? What’s that? Did I spell it
right or do I need another type of alphabet? What ever the
bad stuff is, I don’t know what it is, but I do know how to
steer away from it. We’ll talk about it in this lesson on
cooking.

One of the fears of “expert” cooking comes from the thought
of accurate measurement of ingredients. Except for
baking, I don’t measure. Cooking is done by eye and taste.
This makes one recipe great and different each time. I
focus on easy, simple, and quick.
