I started this so long ago and then forgot to take it off my "Currently Reading" list! Anyway, of course this gets 5 stars because it does a great job of summarizing and highlighting key points within so many books considered to be classics. Whether you've already read the books contained in this volume or not, this is a great reference!
MY FAVORITE HELP BOOK EVER!!
Well worth every second I invested reading it. Chock full of literary references, this book has something for everyone, whether you are a lover of timeless classics or an English professor looking for a worthy narrative to study. Perfect for my praxis II studying!
I'm using it to review for the CSET exam. It's like having a lovely photo album, but instead of saying "Remember that Easter bbq?" you find yourself saying "Ah, George Orwell...I remember how you ruined my life."
Great reference book. I've used it on several occasions.
