"Once upon a time, in a small house,
There was a tiny, very little boy,
Whose name was Luka. He had a nice jacket,
He was singing songs all the time."

This book is different from other children’s books, since its aim is to get children to make drawings from the story. After each paragraph, the adult will be able to guide the child into drawing the story on the opposite page. The child is then free to imagine and recreate the story.
This book was conceived with the idea of bringing more interactivity between the adult and the child. The adult should stop after each paragraph, help the child understand the meaning of the paragraph and finally guide the drawing. The child’s imagination will do the rest!

"Il était une fois dans une petite maison,
Un tout petit, très petit garçon,
Qui s’appelait Luka, portait un joli veston,
Et chantait tout le temps des chansons."

Voici un petit livre assez particulier. Il s’agit en effet d’un livre pour enfants qui ne demande qu’à être colorié ! Mais pas colorié comme n’importe quel "livre de coloriage"… Après chaque page du livre, l’adulte peut en effet s’arrêter et tout simplement laisser libre-court à l’imagination de l’enfant, qui dessinera ce qu’il a retenu du paragraphe sur la page d’en face.
Ce petit livre pour enfants a été conçu avec la volonté de créer une certaine interactivité entre l’adulte, qui lira l’histoire du Petit Luka à haute-voix, et l’enfant qui y sera attentif. L’adulte peut par exemple guider l’enfant dans son dessin, lui expliquant où sont et ce que font les personnages, etc. Mais au final, c’est la liberté de l’enfant qui compte. Sa spontanéité. Son imagination.
Car l’imagination la plus fertile et certainement la plus belle est celle de l’enfance !
