Eighteenth Century Social MediaThese writings of Thomas Paine are so passionate, so focused and so interpersonal as to read like long social media posts we might see today. Discussing the morality of the revolution, the actions of British generals and politicians by name, and advocating passionately for American independence - both emotionally and logically - Paine’s writings are still relevant nearly 250 years later.
It was great reading Thomas Paine's writings from the Revolutionary War. Very enlightening.
