2.5 stars. Why is there a giant robot panda?
This novel totally went of its rails and became very silly. However, who can resist a giant panda? -Not me. But most importantly, this volume contained tons of nice drawings of Yuki-san and I’m more than cool with that.
Not as bad as the last one. Really hate the Reiji character. Will carry on to the end just to see what happens.
New York was a little crazy. I am not sure what really happened there. It probably doesn’t matter anyway since everyone followed Shuuchi back to Japan.
If these books where more realistic the horrible abusive relationship would be annoying but it's just so out there you can't take it seriously.
Look, the only reason I'm still reading these books is because I got them for free up to volume 12. Otherwise, I really couldn't care less about these characters anymore.
Prepare for some whining. So! It seems all Americans are portrayed as completed nutcases in Gravitation. Or maybe that's all women. I dunno. To cut a daft story short, Shuichi gets kidnapped by these maniacs who want him on their record label. And they don't give him a choice about it. Which is insane. It's more than just insane - it made me want to punch that Reiji bitch in her stupid smug cartoon face.On the plus side, Shuichi shouts at her. A lot. On yet another down side, Reiji retaliates wit...
Deciding to throw his life in Japan away, including Eiri, Shuichi agrees to sign over to XMR records in New York. Then Tohma gives up his position as president of N-G records and hands it over to Sakano! Is this a scheme to spend more time with Eiri in Japan to keep him from bringing Shuichi back? Or is it so that Sakano may be in the proper position to retrieve their super star? This volume gave me a very, very strong urge to shoot people. Mostly just the people I have a vendetta planned for alr...
To old and too disgusted by imbecility and lack of everything what makes story and plot logic and coherent. It should be comedy, well, perhaps it is and there is huge cultural gap and age gap, which prevents me to give this manga any good review. The plot is progressing in snail tempo and fillers are more and more evident. I think at this point our dear mangaka is paid for a page. But end is near...not so near...pity.
This time, not even the tidbits about Yuki could save this volume from being stupid. I don't know if the author really loves crazy stuff so much or if she simply didn't have enough to continue to the story properly, to flesh it out, so she included stuff like K. destroying half of Manhattan or the giant mecha panda, but this time, she really overdid it. I have to give it only one star.
all i can say is good for shuichi for saying no to yuki and trying to put an end to being his yo-yo. i'm a little disappointed he didn't care that yuki's apology was purely off of cue cards. uh, it means it wasn't from the heart genius! but there's the fun rampaging panda, which was fun.
Another okay volume. Series has its moments, really it does. But its not the really good kind. Or maybe I been reading too much manga or something. Either way, it was good but okay at the same time. And yet you can't help but like the series as well.
Yaoi or boy-on-boy love manga. It was the first and only series of that genre that I have read, and was utterly hilarious. It had great funny, sentimental, and sad moments. A lot of fun to read, and quite unpredictable. The art was a little lacking, the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5.
Good story and good art, but rather too much funny-wannabe. Many scenes too crazy for me (and maybe all adult readers). Clearly for teenagers only.
One of my favourite yaoi manga series.
Started out cute and funny enough, but somewhere in the middle of this series it gets waaaay to wacky and convoluted in the bad way.
