Good foundation for creativity in making bruschetta, from authentic to asian-inspired. Introductory pages are a bit word and redundant. A little preachy aphorism precedes each recipe, but the recipes themselves are simple and flavorful.
Excellent and very simple recipes--yet unique--recipes for bruschetta. Pepper Rainbow, Broccoli Rabe, Anise, Sundried tomato, Mixed Greens, Orange and Anchovy...just to name a few.
