I came to this book when I was ready to be in control of my relationship with alcohol. This book doesn't touch on "addiction" at all, rather spends the entire book doing a deep dive into the impact of alcohol on our brains. I love that this book removes the emotion out of the process and purely focuses on the physical impact.
