This research addresses the core issues of furthering the penetration of 3D printing in the medical field by forming solutions that offer the best results as of the time this paper is published before this technology can be implemented on a wider scale. In this paper, solutions are proposed to make 3D printers more variable, applicable, and timely. In doing so, the challenges that hinder the technology from being universal will be examined in hopes of making the technology more ubiquitous in the medical field.
