The Enola Gay by Norman Polmar This book talks about the model of the Plane, the companies it was produced from, and where and when it was used. This book goes very in-depth about the way the plane was produced and where the plane was produced. It also tells you a little bit about the planes that were created before the Enola Gay. It also gives you photos of the plane with some diagrams. This book is a very good book because of all the details it gives you about the plane.I would recommend this

I really enjoyed reading this book. I saw the Enola Gay at the Air and Space museum and conincidentally had received this book as a gift the Christmas before. Seeing it in person made me want to pick up this book and read it.It's a short read, but heavy on the technological details. And it offers enough history of the development and use of the B-29 to keep me engaged. I learned details of the preparation and execution of the mission for which it is most famous that I hadn't known before.Not for...
