On a recent trip to San Diego, I had the pleasure of eating dinner at a fine Italian Restaurant and had Ossobuco for the first time. I was so impressed with it that when I got home to Germantown, Tennessee, I had to try to recreate it from my Cook Book. The receipe in this book is wonderful. I was amazed how similar it turned out. As a side dish I tried the recommended Risotto made Mianeese Style, also found in the book. The risotto was such a fine compliment to the Ossobuco! A glass or two of a red wine of choice and all was well in the world!!! Please try and enjoy!
