This book is very interesting. I liked this book. This book is full of suspense. The author is Laura Langston. The characters in this book surprise you at every turn of the page. The main character, Logan, is a naive and some people will say, he is a typical teenager. The minor characters are his grandma, his younger sister, his father, his mother, and his girlfriend Hannah. The other main character is the main character's guardian. The main character, Logan dies in a car crash because he was
Laura Langston has written picture books and novels. She has always been fascinated with the concept of life after death and all things metaphysical. This is her first Orca Soundings. Laura lives in Victoria, British Columbia.Logan always takes the easy way out. After a night of drinking and driving he wakes up to find he has been involved in a senseless car accident and is dead. With the help of his guide, Wade, and the spirit of his grandmother, he realizes he has taken the wrong exit—he wasn'...
I thought that the book was very interesting. it cought my attention because it was about a teenage boy that had died because he was tired of his life so he got drunk and got into the car killing himeself. However when he gets to like half way heaven he realizes that wasnt the best thing to do because his sister was in trouble. She was being sexually harrased by her uncle who has been doing this for about 5 months now but his sister refuses to say something about it shes too scared to. So Logan
Exit Point has been a book I could never forget. I originally read this book in 8th grade and still think of it now in college. The novel sticks with you as the people in it feel so real and raw. Logan is illustrated as the confused and impulsive teen, which makes it all seem real and scary. You would expect the protagonist to have a heroic nature to them- but he does not. Logan is as befuddled as the reader themselves, thus creating the immersive nature of the book. Truthfully, I wanted the end...
It would have to be by far my favorite book. But, I hated how the book ended
By far my favourite book I read back in high school. I still remember every single scene and everything they happens in this book. It's a very interesting view on what it's like for someone who passed away but still trying to accomplish so much before they truly exit this world, a very short book but its 100% a page Turner
The book I read was Exit Point, written by Laura Langston. This book is a fan-fiction, but the way it is written, feels so real. It is a fan-fiction but the thoughts, ideas, and events are actually happening in the real world today. The book begins with Logan, the main character who is living between two worlds. The afterlife and with the living. It is difficult for Logan to understand that taking the easy way out is sometimes difficult. In his afterlife, he meets his grandmother Arlene, also kn...
In the story "Exit Point" there is a 16-year-old boy named Logan who has a mother and a father and a younger sister name Amy. Logan gets into an argument with his dad about not wanting to do swim for his next year in school. He gets upset with his father and takes off in his fathers car. He made a bet with his friend to see how fast he could drive. Logan made a decision that cost him his life. Later on through out the story Logan is in between heaven and earth. He can see his family but can not
"Exit Point" is about a 16 year old teenage boy named Logan who takes exit point number two. This book was very interesting because it was Laura Langston's idea of what happens after one dies. She sees that everyone has many different opportunities in their life when they can die, it all depends if you want to. Logan was suppose to take exit point five, and die in his seventies, meaning he had four other near death experiences before then, but he took the second exit point and died in a car acci...
I absolutely love love love this book!!! Amazing how the author writes so detailed and describes everything to where you can visually see it.
it was very interesting
I was able to read EXIT POINT thanks to a student who shared his copy with me. Logan is dead, although he isn't really sure at first. When he opens his eyes, he is surrounded by gray robed figures and swirling colors. He is being told that he was supposed to take Exit Point 5 but evidently took the easy way out at Exit Point 2. Exit Point 5 would have meant extending his life until 2066, however, his early departure ended things for him in 2004. Well, that's a bummer. When he is visited by Gran,
This is a great book to read and I highly recommend you to read it. It gives you a different perspective on life...well to me at least and I'm such an emotional person that I even cried while reading this book.
good book
Logan, the main character, wakes up to find himself stuck between the living world and heaven. He has just died in a car accident and is warned that someone is harming his sister. He must go back to the living world, unable to be seen or heard by anyone, to save his sister. The plot is one reason on why enjoyed reading this mysterious book. Another reason I enjoyed reading this was, it provides a great new perspective on what happens and where one goes after death. Not only does it deal with th
"Exit Point" by Laura Langston is a compelling story continuation to Hannah's Touch, which is also by Laura Langston. Hannah's Touch was about Hannah's point of view on Logan's death of the car crash. But in "Exit Point" is about Logan's point of view on his journey in the afterlife. So the story talks about his life when he meets his grandmother in the afterlife and describes how he discovers that his little sister was being touched by their uncle. And he found out after he died in the car acc
'Aight so all of y'all need to shush and listen up. I may or may not be boasting here, but this book is around 130 pages and I finished it in about fifty minutes. Anyway. Those fifty minutes were a roller coaster ride of emotion for me, lemme tell you. A story with a dead kid? Awesome, cool, okay. A story with a dead kid that realizes that he died earlier than planned for him, and now he has to somehow save his sister while he's practically a ghost? Why haven't I heard of this sooner?Yes, it is

This book is one of the few books i enjoyed reading. Logan, the main character, just died in a car crash and is now floating between heaven and earth. Logan always takes the easy way out, but this time he was told that his little sister is in danger and that Logan must somehow reach out to her before it’s too late. I found this book interesting, not only because the content was good, but because it brought up a new perspective regarding the afterlife. I think this book is great for someone that
Logan wakes up in a dark room were and snakeskin man sits at the end of the bed. Logan talks to the man about where he is and what happens, but he says nothing it not in till his grandma shows up and explains what happen and what he did and what exits points mean. Exits points are when people die if you die earlier in life then you pick 1- 3 exits points. Logan finds out that he died in a car crash because he was trying to impress his girlfriend Hannah. After talking with wade(snakeskin dude) ab...
