Now this was a lot better. Art has seen vast swaths of improvement - perhaps I was not the only one dissatisfied with the first volume's look - and the story engaged me more.
This one was better but worse than the previous edition. It had a lot more to it, which was something. It also made some kind of sense, but I think actually less happened. If the first one had made sense on its own, I'd have rated it higher, but it only began to make sense through the flashbacks and narration presented in this one. All in all, I find the Eldar tiresome and boring and so this wasn't really for me.
Read this one as part of Daemonifuge (print on demand) from Black Library.Great art and very interesting story.Highly recommended for any fan of SF.
