Shore story collections can be a mixed bag, but this collection has all solid stories. The collection of authors all have a nourish sense to them and I am pleased to say I found a few new authors that I will be looking for more works from. I will certainly pick up Noir at the Bar Volume 1 after reading this. I will also look into attending a Noir at the Bar event.

Update 10/2019: I finally scored a copy of the first volume on ebay! So excited to finally read it.I tried to order both volumes of this collection but after I ordered the publisher wrote to say Volume 1 was sold out. It's impossible to find anywhere and after reading Volume 2, I want to read the first one even more. This collection is a little uneven but it has some great stories in it by some of my favorite authors. I especially liked the story by Jane Bradley and I want to read more by her. V...
