A bloody good story with enough history and just enough daydreams for any one!Dreamwavers , a tale to learn the skill! History or fiction it it was bloody good read! I will follow this team with bated breath!
Three surprisingly compelling novellas set in the same universe as The Mongoliad. Each one leaves the reader wishing for longer tales following the respective characters.
I received the book for free through Goodreads First Reads. This was a great book. I enjoyed all 3 parts of it, but wish they had been a bit more connected. Or add more stories that connect them in the end. I want to see what was goin to happen! I think the 3rd part was my favorite. It was well written, and you could not put it down until you came to the end. Hope there's more...
Good reads for those already well-acquainted with the Mongoliad series. The first story seemed mostly political-action, the second mostly mystical-action, and the third story (my favorite and the longest) was a good combination of both. I enjoyed the stories, but it did leave me wanting more. Especially the second and third stories, I wanted to follow the character for longer than the short stories allowed.
The foreworld saga has had a lathe number of short stories to go along with the series and this is a collection of some of the best. All 3 of these stories are well written and give great insight into the nuances into the main series. Love the books and can't wait to read more of them
Not bad, not the same level as Mongoliad though.
