Suttleville, Georgia City Councilman Tyler Deering doesn't like the fact that Leonard Carmichael puts on his Halloween vampire plays at the city auditorium. But when his daughter, Susan Deering, takes a major role in one of these plays, he becomes determined to do whatever it takes to put an end to these plays.
