It’s been fifteen years since Cilia’s down fall, and the coven believed that they had found the last of the vampires in hiding; but they couldn’t have been more wrong.
As the vampires numbers increase they bring with them a new danger; a female who can use magic. She quickly takes control of the vampires uniting them against the coven. When Leah discovers the identity of this new female it comes as a crushing blow to the coven; and particularly to Kate and Leah. From then on things only get worse for the coven as Kate is cursed and seemingly slips into a coma. All the while more and more vampires are pouring into the vampire camp. When Jake comes up with a plan new hope is found for the coven, but when Veronica falls pregnant, they then lose another Coventian for their battle with the vampires. Desperate the coven prepare to attack the vampire camp, only to leave the lives of Balthazar, Marisha, Brego, Leah, Marcus, Jake, Marc and Victoria hanging in the balance. When Veronica and Bartholomew’s daughter is born it should be a happy event, but when it collides with the return of Varcos, the past, present and future are at stake.
