Lateral Thinking Puzzles

Lateral Thinking Puzzles

Andrew Miller
3.2/5 ( ratings)
Lateral thinking puzzles are fun games played between 2 or more people that involve a combination of skills, such as thinking outside the box, critical reasoning, creativity, and perceptiveness. Unlike the traditional puzzle or riddle, lateral thinking puzzles are unique in that many times, there can be multiple possible solutions. The "Host" of the game will present a scenario and ask the other players what happened that lead to this scenario. The objective of the other players is to use only "yes" or "no" questions to figure out what the solution the "Host" of the game has in mind. This requires the players to use their critical thinking and process of elimination skills to figure out what happened.

These are entertaining to play with friends on road-trips, vacations, or game nights. They are also great tools for children or students to help develop their critical thinking skills as well as for employees to help develop their problem-solving skills as a team.

This book contains "how to play" instructions and 25 critical thinking puzzles, organized together in three different levels of difficulty: easy, moderate, and challenging.

This is the first book in the Lateral Thinking Puzzles series.
