Laughing Gas

Laughing Gas

Peter Moore
0/5 ( ratings)
Dobbs is an undercover psychic detective on the trail of the greatest gold robbery ever conceived. So large that it’s taken quite some time, millennia in fact, to plan and get everything in place. Now it seems all the thieves have to do, in this romantic and deeply obscure psychedelic thriller, is blow the safe door but that’s not as easy as it might sound. There’s only one thing powerful enough to bust through the walls of this time-locked vault system, and that’s karma - if you can harness enough of it and apply it in the right way at the right time. Well, karma mixed in with the essential incendiary ingredients: pain and fear. Then the door can be blown clean off its hinges.

The problem for Dobbs is he’s so undercover that he himself has no clue of his mission and is driven by a fateful blast of laughing gas at Reading Rock Festival two years prior that hooked him up to, what felt like, all the sadness in the world. Little did he know that a Tempest of the most Shakespearian proportions had entered his life on that day and is about to sweep him away to the depths of the Peruvian Amazon, on a mission to find Ariel, Prospero’s boding spirit.

Join Dobbs, in this nitrous fueled quest to find the only thing left he believes can stop that which haunts him after a blast of Laughing Gas; a miracle.

Just because you are your final destination doesn’t mean it’s not going to be a bumpy ride!

A non-fiction ayahuasca tale

If Paul Theroux had teamed up with William Burroughs & then Robert Anton Wilson had sat & edited their manuscript, they still would have fallen short of producing this masterpiece. Visionary & shockingly daring! - Steven Ashe - Qabalah of 50 Gates.

Front cover photography: Dave Dobbs living outside the Guardian offices in London in his live-in Mayor Mobile during his ‘would be London Mayor Campaign.’ He, like nearly all the other prospective candidates, did not have the £10,000 it cost to buy into the London Mayor Campaign and thus considers himself, after the success of his Spoil Your Vote campaign, The Would Be Mayor of London.
