For over five hundred years two groups of sworn enemies have waged a bloody, violent and fierce war against one another. The creatures known to man as Vampires have benn battling for their survival against a group of humans known only as "The Hunters". The war has pushed each group to the brink of destruction and cost the lives of hundres of loyal soldiers. Now fast forward to the present day, a bloody, mysterious murder late at night sets off a series of events that will change the shape of the war like never before. With a cryptic warning signaling events to come, the two police detectives Karen and Gabriel assigned to investigate the grusome murder, will get caught up in the dramtic events of the five centuries old war. In the wake of the aftermath of the war thier lives will never be the same ever again.
