An unknown, and undiscovered writer living in New York City is down on her luck allowing opportunity the wrong neighbor to become involved with her life. She is hanging by a thread with only the hope of a new life when she decides to leave the city at all cost before it's too late. Her drug induced boyfriend leaves town giving her the will and opportunity to escape. At her haste to leave town a terrible accident takes place which almost killing her. She recovers, but the accident left her with no memory. The old life for her never happened in her memory, and the drug dealers in her past who are searching for her and the drug records she stole have no meaning to her. With her journalist talent of writing and with the help of a new friend she writes a bestseller. This opens the door to the people who are looking for her, and her problems begin.

Romance and drama as old friends come to her rescue moving her to a safe house out of town to DC. It turns out not so safe.
