Cast out from his home, Jan was soon in the hands of the Germans and became a Prisoner of War. He later fell into Russian hands and was moved to camps in Siberia and near the Ural Mountains. His unwavering Christian faith kept him going through what must have been the most terrible years of his life and this story is his account of what happened during those years. Whether you have an interest historically, religiously or simply would like to read a short account of life as a Prisoner of War, this little book is certainly an interesting and even inspirational read.
