Mummy Says

Mummy Says

Sherifah Baharudin
4/5 ( ratings)
This child-friendly book introduces main food groups to young children. It also teaches simple Islamic etiquette relating to food. Author Sherifah, is a nutrition-savy mother of two adorable children living in Australia. She has been an avid reader since a very young age and channels this passion into writing for children. Being very much aware of the scarcity of high quality children’s books suitable for Muslim children living in the west, she hopes this book will not only be educational but fun too. Her interest in healthy eating is not only limited to her children, as she is currently carrying out research for her PhD in Nutrition. Her creative and passionate work ethic is admirable and this will be the first of many entertaining reads!
