When things get too hot in south Florida, New York mob boss Eddie “Mambo” Salerno sends his most loyal and dangerous associate, Angelo Tedeschi, to cool them down. Owed favors by the crooked Beachside Police Captain James Hagen, Angelo is able infiltrate law enforcement, as a police officer.
