Boston Burnouts (Passage to Oasis)

Boston Burnouts (Passage to Oasis)

Joel Rodriguez
3.5/5 ( ratings)
December 30th, 2064: Some call it the end of the world, others call it the beginning of a new world. The religious say it was God’s wrath, cleansing the Earth in a holy fire. No matter what people call it, to the survivors it will always be known as The Great Flame. It was the day that had been predicted since the beginning of civilization itself; the end. The end of everything: The end of civilization, of law and order, of our day to day lives...

Years after, settlements sprouted up all over the wastes of America, showing signs of new civilizations and communities where if you’re willing to earn your keep, you can live freely. Some prefer to live outside the settlements and stick to all they really know. One of these people is Jeremiah Hartman, a young man born once into wealth, and once into despair. All he has known in this new world is his manor and the stocked up shelter in the basement, but just last month, he finished the last bit of food he had. With his .38 Revolver by his side, Jeremiah scavenges the surrounding homes daily in search of food, water, and gasoline to keep the generators running. Everything was going okay, until one day, Jeremiah’s peace was shattered by a man driven by insanity…
