You will absolutely LOVE IT!!!

Man's Search for Meaning by Viktor E. Frankl is among the most influential works of psychiatric literature since Freud. Which has sold more than 25 Million Copies worldwide. Still today it’s a self-help book, a memoir, and a psychology manual - has become a classic that has sold more than 15 million copies in English language editions. The book begins with a deeply moving personal essay about Frankl's imprisonment in Auschwitz and other concentration camps, and his struggle during this time to find reasons to live, during the Second World War. Immersed in great pain, suffering and loss, Frankl began to wonder why some of his fellow prisoners were able not only to survive the most horrifying conditions, but to grow in the process and contribute beyond themselves.

Viktor Frankl's training as a psychiatrist allowed him a remarkable perspective on the psychology of survival. In these inspired pages, he asserts that the "the will to meaning" is the basic motivation for human life. This simple and yet profound statement became the basis of his psychological theory, logotherapy, and forever changed the way we understand our humanity in the face of suffering. As Nietzsche put it, "He who has a why to live for can bear almost any how." The second part of the book, called "Logotherapy in a Nutshell," describes the psychotherapeutic method that Frankl pioneered as a result of his experiences in the concentration camps.
Frankl's seminal work offers us all an avenue to greater meaning and purpose in our own lives-a way to transcend suffering and find significance in the act of living.

"Everybody can be great because anybody can serve." - Martin Luther King Jr.
Deep within our heart, each of us knows the truth. The answers we seek, the power we strive for, the happiness we desire and the acknowledgement we attempt to gain, live inside us. Given the opportunity to shine our light or the challenge being pushed against a wall we know what we need to KNOW, to do what we need to DO, to say what we need to say, to let go what we need to let go. You and I know that I don’t all the answers, far from it, no one has all the answers. But I really care and I am here to inspire you to shine your brilliant starting today. I am here to re-introduce you to the very special person in your life…. That person is you. Why do you think you are very special? Because you are already living by these 6 Ls. Today is the day to step into your greatness. You see we don't have to be great to get started but we have to get started to be great. We don't have to be the best, but we have to be brave!

“Better to do something imperfectly than to do nothing flawlessly.” – Robert H. Schuller

The 6Ls and Viktor Frankl’s Man’s Search for Meaning
It’s my belief that Viktor Frankl harnessed the power of the 6Ls. I mentioned in my introduction that ‘we are all on a journey of self-discovery, trying to find out who we really are’ and this is also echoed by Frankl’s book, in that he believes we are trying to find a meaning to life, and to discover what that is, then act upon it. In doing so, we become better people; people who do everything to the best of our abilities: kind, thoughtful, giving, sharing, committed, loving, responsible beings.
