Det går forbi mig

Det går forbi mig

Jørgen Leth
0/5 ( ratings)
n this compilation Leth leaves the declamatory and conceptual style. Instead, he tells a number of surreal fairytales, some of them horror. Leth pays attention to names and intonations, e.g. in the elegant Tamara Press er et meget godt navn which start with a few simple and visible objects on his table, all within sight and reach. This approach becomes an actual technique and philosophy. In the second part of the book Leth works with a number of stagings, some of which are cinematic in nature. Some revolve around a mystic avenger, inspired by Raymond Chandlers and Dashiel Hammetts universe of crime and investigation. In some of these poems, Asger and Jørgen Leth found script material for a film noir in Brussels, creating the third remake of The Perfect Human in the film The Five Obstructions.
