Unexplained and grisly cattle mutilations are once again occurring in the sleepy town of Elberton, Montana. Angelica Bradley, the Founder and CEO of the Liberator Magazine, has taken a personal interest in the controversial phenomenon when one of her editors runs across the story. As Angelica meets with eyewitnesses in Elberton, it becomes clear that there is much more behind the mutilations than she could have ever imagined. As she investigates one of the mutilations at the Anderson ranch, she meets the handsome Michael Anderson, and quickly realizes that she has a strong interest in more than just the story.
