Ingredients:
Cottage cheese
One pack of splenda
One teaspoon of cinnamon
One apple

Instructions:
Cut the apple into slices.

In a large bowl, mix together the cottage cheese, splenda, cinnamon, and apple slices.

One low-carb lunch from the book:
Ingredients:
Two cups of fully cooked shredded chicken
One tablespoon of mayonnaise
½ a cup of chopped celery
A pinch of salt and pepper
One slice of tomato
One leaf of lettuce

Instructions:
Mix all of the ingredients listed above together in a large bowl.

Eat the chicken salad without the bread, but instead eat it with one slice of tomato and lettuce.

One low-carb dinner from the book:
Ingredients:
One boneless-skinless chicken breast
Six medium sized shrimp
Two cups of chopped broccoli
One tablespoon of sesame seeds
One teaspoon of garlic
One tablespoon of liquid aminos

Instructions:
Chop the raw chicken into cubes. Mix the shrimp, chicken, olive oil, liquid aminos, and garlic in a bowl. Pour all of the ingredients from the bowl into a pan.

Saute the chicken and shrimp for five-ten minutes, then add the broccoli. Cook for another ten minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked.
