Reed would rather pick up some chicks than spend time with his Uncle Roger, but when Reed discovers a curious artifact in the museum's vault, he figures spending some time with his family might not be so bad. At least until the relic transports him to a mysterious world. His first encounter leaves him running for his life, but Agathon, a centaur, rescues him from the jaws of death. Agathon offers him a way home, but there is a price to pay--a price Reed isn't sure he can afford.
