Fish of Souls

Fish of Souls

Gary Williams
3.8/5 ( ratings)
In Fish of Souls, revenge carries through the centuries with undaunted bitterness. When two men, Scott Seymour and Curt Lockes, find the skeleton of a bizarre fish inside the 300-year-old Spanish fort in St. Augustine, Florida, they inadvertently start a tumultuous chain of events. Premonitions, that at first seem trivial, are woven into an intricate plot where varying motivations drive desires. After a series of heinous murders along the Northeast Florida shore, the men, along with Professor Marvin Sellon, discover the creature's link to the past; including its role in one of the most prominent accounts in the Old Testament and its involvement with the French Huguenots and the Spanish Conquistadors in the sixteenth century as the two sides struggled as bitter enemies to gain a foothold in the New World. Regrettably, with the amazing knowledge of the fish's origin, the truth becomes clear: the archeological and theological significance of the amazing find can not begin to offset the horror that its misguided use brings. Fish of Souls successfully blends historical settings with present day events and incorporates suspense with action and bold adventure.
