This is a cookbook sharing the recipes and stories of my Italian American family. It contains a Prep Table of basics and Appetizers, Breakfast, Soups, Salads, Pasta, Entrees and Side Dishes. The recipes cover family favorites, seafood, meats, traditional Italian entrees and dishes found only in Utica, New York like Chicken Riggies and Tomato Pie. All of these recipes are staples that I served over the years in my restaurants; Franco's and The Seafood Shack located on the Treasure Coast of Florida. Most importantly, these recipes are easy enough to whip up at home for a memorable dining experience. I always believe in serving up a meal so enticing that no one can refuse!
