This is a short story about a young antique dealer who while searching for things to sell in his store happens upon a mysterious dagger of ancient and unknown origins. The dagger's workmanship is outstanding and yet ... something seems to grip the young man and won't let him go. As he tries to solve the mystery he moves ever closer to death. Not until he discusses his secret find with his friend Akio does he come to realize how much danger he has brought upon himself. How will he be free of this dagger and its desire to kill him?
