After hearing such great things about An Ember in the Ashes this sneak peek seemed like the best way to see if I wanted to read it.It is a great sneak peek: we meet the Laia and Elias's characters and get peek at what's happening, what sets everything in motion. It's a very tempting tease and one that will have you looking forward the to full novel.(I'm currently reading An Ember in the Ashes thanks in part to this sneak peek.)

I got a free preview of this book from Barnes and Noble. Doesn't look too bad so far. Poor Pop and Nan. Hope Laia will be able to rescue Darin. Also hope Elias will be able to escape. Will read it when it comes out.

An Ember in the Ashes is one of my most anticipated books this 2015 and I know this will be released on April 28th--less than two weeks from now--but I just couldn't wait anymore. I need to know if my waiting will be worth it. And now after reading this, I know waiting a few more days wouldn't hurt as long as I get to read more of this book. I've only read a sample but I can already vouch that this book will be amazing. Much more amazing than what the sample gave me.

I'll admit that I was on the fence about this one. After reading the preview, I'll definitely be reading this book.If only my ARC would have downloaded.

This book is one of my highly anticipated reads this year, so I was so excited to see it available as a preview! The story has a strong start, giving us just three chapters, but falling into motion immediately. I am so excited to see what happens next!I am already very interested to learn more about Elias as the story progresses, and Laia has so much potential to be a kickass heroine. I can't wait for the full release!

I'm really looking forward to An Ember in the Ashes so I couldn't resist reading this sneak peek. I thought it was simply amazing and definitely lived up to the hype.
