During the 1860s, a lone Cherokee woman warrior saved her family from certain death on the "Trail of Tears" and created a nation of people that still exists today. In a matriarchal society where the woman is the head, Tail Woman, a beloved Cherokee woman warrior and leader, fights for the survival of her family, and her people, against odds that no man could have done better.

Tall Woman led thousands of male warriors who trusted her judgment without the slightest hint of jealousy or condemnation. Her word was law. Her dedication without question, and her leadership was not from behind, but up front even in the thick of battle. Yet her heart was tender, her love for her people strong, and her family was her primary concern. This is brought out in, Star, her daughter who stepped into Tail Womans moccasins at her death and continued Tail Womans legacy and legend.

Robert Greyeagle passed to be with his Creator in March 2014.

He spent his time in his beloved Cherokee Mountains of western North Carolina and Lake Fork Texas, a trophy bass fishing lake, in the piney woods of east Texas. Robert was a recluse by choice and loved to read, study and think. His research and studies focused on biblical prophecy and Native American history. Robert was Cherokee in heart, mind, soul and spirit.
