My friend, Pat, is a self-confessed cyberperv , he is the kind of guy to make all kinds of nasty comments online on pictures of cleavages and such. Recently, though, when I was researching how yoga can be used to tone up and pour lots of sexiness on it, I learnt something from my perv friend Pat. He follows what he calls ‘the best 10 butts’ on the planet on Instagram and boy! Aren’t those great butts!
When it comes to just butts – no power no money, no celebrities, the best butts on Instagram are constantly on the move, often in dancing and the gym but recently more popularly in Yoga and ballet dances.
Earlier in the day, I’d gotten a recommendation post from my editor from the award-winning fitness instructor Chrissy Carter who has designed simple exercises to sculpt those trouble zones and burn fats fast . The post on Shape Magazine read in part “…come summer, slip into your bikini in confidence…” and “…yoga is the tool to curve out your real butt, and unfortunately one that everyone will notice.”

I did my research and drew the conclusion that doing the right Yoga exercises three times a week, will not only give you the perfect butt that looks amazing in any dress or pants you have but will also work your legs, thighs and abs along with every muscle the exercises engage.
I came up with the idea to summarize the best 10 Yoga exercises you can do to tone your butt easily and fast. The list is inspired by Justin Park’s article ‘The Truth About 7 Big Yoga Claims’ on Shape.com in which he quotes Chrissy elaborating how simple yoga exercises actually helps release muscular tension and set them free, and how when done regularly and continuously strengthen the muscles and actually give the butt a younger look and feel.
Yoga may seem like a gentle and pointless practice, but take it from a professional with experience – there is yoga to tone almost every moving part of your body, but today we are focusing on the bright future right behind you, your butt. 
Why Yoga?
Yoga is not religion as most westerners mistakenly believe, and neither can it be lumped together with all the other exercises you know. Yoga is essentially a way of life or lifestyle based on an ancient life art that focused on harmonizing the development of the body, spirit and mind to lead one to a state of mind of peace, well-being and being one with the environment. To use Yoga to firm and de-age your butt is the most natural simplistic process you can use.

Yoga today aims at making the body flexible and strong and improves the various functions of the body including the digestive, hormonal, circulatory and respiratory systems. Simply put, yoga, when done right, brings emotional, spiritual and bodily peace and clarity of the mind to enable you lead a healthier and happier life.
