Blanche Street: Where all the neighbours are a nightmare.

Blanche Street: Where all the neighbours are a nightmare.

Angus Stewart
0/5 ( ratings)
On a long forgotten part of Ipswich, Suffolk, around the corner of Cemetery Road stand a row of crumbling terraced houses. Behind each door a resident waits to tell their terrifying urban tale. Welcome to Blanche Street: Where all the neighbours are a nightmare.

Frank: When Frank answers an ad asking, "Do you enjoy blood sports? Cruelty? Carnage?” he believes he'll get something special in return. With the charming Christopher on hand to help 'quench all of Frank’s macabre, illicit tastes,' Frank may just get everything he deserves.

Sugar Almonds: . Although the sights and smells delight young lovers Juliet and Robert, a fortune teller peeps into Juliet's future and gravely informs her that before the evening is over she will experience a horror like never before.

I Love Trish: Even before Howard's best mate, Kes, had finished talking about the new mind bending street drug, Trish, "Think ecstasy, crossed with a trip and dib-dab of speed,” he was hooked. All he needed to do was to get himself down to Ipswich's Blanche Street, ask for, The Chef and get back to his bedsit in Norwich. What could possibly go wrong?

The Nightmare: When a sudden downpour forced Jed into Ipswich's museum, he wasn't expecting to come face to face with a rhinoceros, or to fall in love with a girl called Joanna. Although it would be the happiest day of their young lives, this was to be the beginning of a truly terrifying nightmare.

Food for Thought, Dashing down the stairs, not wanting to be late for his first day as a bank clerk for NatWest, Adam is somewhat surprised to find his two piece grey suit replaced by an all in one rubber outfit. Praying to wake up from his bizarre dream, a man named Dale charges in with a naked man strapped and gagged to a trolly. When Kenneth Williams and Barbara Windsor also barge in, wearing tight rubber doctor/nurses outfits it's not only the naked man who wants to scream.
